Additional Certification Services

The registered holder can apply for a replacement Certificate if the previous one is damaged, lost, or stolen. The original Certificate will be revoked by Tagsmart and invalidated on the platform.

Replacing an undelivered Certificate is free of charge if address details provided were originally correct.

The registered holder can apply for a re-issue of an existing Certificate if they desire any alterations, such as changing the personalisation on the Certificate. The original Certificate will be revoked by Tagsmart and invalidated on the platform.
